Delayed refund

Hi, I submitted my 2023 tax return electronically on 02/12/24 it shows accepted. Estimated refund date is 03/04/24. I checked the return status on IRS website it shows return received. However until now it's not approved. Why is it delayed so long and how long it takes to approve and send?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
