I verified my identity on March 12 and still can't track my refund when will I be able to get an update it say 2 to 3 weeks after verification

Many times you will not see any changes until something actually changes. Check daily and who knows the next update you see might be "return processed." Only the IRS knows where your return is in their process.

I can't check the irs website at all or anything

Do you mean you aren't able to check for some reason, or do you mean that there isn't any information there when you check?
