Mac TurboTax Return Desktop 2023: Cannot add more Investment Income any more

I've submitted my 2023 Tax Return already and then found that I forgot to report my crypto investment loss. I'm starting to do an amend. Now I found that I cannot enter any investment income from Federal Tax -> Wages & Incomes -> Investment Income -> Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds Other. When I select any of Investment types and click "Continue", I got a blank page. Using arrow keys or deleting previous entered 1099-B, like others have suggested, doesn't help. It is a blank page which I cannot enter anything. Please help.

I'm on TurboTax Premier 2023/Mac version. This definitely like a bug. How can I report the bug to Intuit to get this fixed in order to proceed on my pending task? Thanks.

First, try to force an update to download and install. Step-by-step instructions on how to do so are here.

Is there any resolution to this? I am also seeing this issue while trying to create an amendment.
