      <title>IRS payment plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set up a payment plan with the IRS because I owe a decent amount and I’ve already made one payment to the plan, but I saw a pending charge in my bank account for the whole thing, would that be from Turbo Tax or from the IRS? Does anyone have experience with this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
