TurboxTax Desktop credit card processing problem

I am trying to efile state (CA), but can not pay with any credit card.

"I get We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again".

I have tried five different credit cards, checked and double check everything!!

This is a crazy day for tax filings. There is such a higher volume on the state tax systems, it is unlikely there is a problem on your end. Its like trying to buy concert tickets.

Truly, wait a few minutes and try again.

Some people are having luck paying for the state efile fee when they change the billing address of the card to 123 Main St. Leave the city, state and zip as is. @MhMota
