Hello. How does a user change their selection. I hit yes to QBI but need to change to NO. I have spent hours researching and holding for TT chat help.

First, you would edit your business on the screen that says Here's the business info we have so far:

Next, you will see a screen that says Your (name of business) Business:

Continue on to the next screen and you will see an option to indicate that "none of this work is qualified":
