      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Quite likely.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;There are 3 main requirements for you to claim her:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;She had less than $4050 of qualifying income.&amp;nbsp; (If all she has is SSI, her income would not disqualify her)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;She has a qualifying relationship (she does; she's your mother)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;I&gt;You&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;provide at least half of her support.&amp;nbsp; (With so little SSI going towards support, this seems highly likely as well).&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
