1099-PATR BUG

TurboTax does not allow a person to add a 1099-PATR for dividends to form list. Instructions that say to search so you can add it do not find any results.

HIGHLY FRUSTRATING.

I've gone into Home & Business and recreated your scenario, and the system appears to be working correctly. Try this in TurboTax H&B, following these steps precisely:

Select PERSONAL INFO in the banner
In the Search field in the upper right corner of TurboTax, type 1099-PATR or 1099-patr. Either way seems to work in the Desktop edition
Select Jump to 1099-patr
From there, you'll be able to enter your information based on your type of business
