    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to finalize my tax return by e-fling. I tried to use to pay the efiling fee using credit card but it will not continue to the payment page and was told that my payment didn't go through. I don't know what happened. Can anyone help me with this? There is another option for me is to charge the fee from the refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just give it a moment to process.&amp;nbsp; I received the same response, but within a short time a screen confirmed that the payment went through.&amp;nbsp; ((I refuse to pay the extra $40 to have it deducted from my Fed refund)).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe the system is overwhelmed.&amp;nbsp; I dunno.&amp;nbsp; But it will go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
