    <description>&lt;P&gt;After importing last year's return and doing the personal information, TT would like to collect W2 data. &amp;nbsp;It recommends attempting to import from a photo of the W2, but the image of the W2 (in JPEG) format is grayed out and I'm not able to select it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After canceling out of the file picker and selecting the manual entry tile, I'm unable to enter any data -- the Continue button is unresponsive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is on macOS (Sonoma 14.4.1).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try closing TurboTax, clear your &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt; if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. &amp;nbsp;You can also try a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure you have ran all updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestions. I’m not using the web version of TT. Saving and restarting made manual W2 entry possible, but not selecting an&amp;nbsp;image to scan. According to TT when I installed it was up to date. That was about 30 minutes prior to encountering the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
