Hello,

I bought your CD like I do every year, this year the CD is nothing but a headache. I had problems downloading the CD, it kept opening with a partial black screen, which after opening and closing the about 10times it finally opened properly. When I enter my info and I reach Wages & Income the same problem is occurring. I am really frustrated with your product at this point.

Nope: you shouldn't have to deal with that

Some folks have had major issues with a high screen resolution, and setting their screens to a lower resolution fixed the problem.

Others, using Windows 11 computers, had some success by setting the TTX compatibility mode to Windows 10.
