Slight Snag

When I was trying to efile for my State I received "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag". How can we fix that?

Sounds like your computer may be experiencing a loop. Let's clear your cookies, history and cache' then reboot.

Deleting cookies did not solve the issue. What would be the next solution?
