I've filed the past four years and this is the first time I have been charged. I'm pretty sure there is an error in their software that is preventing the discount from being applied, so do not file until your product order says $0! Getting in contact with customer service is going to be horrible. You're literally going to be in a loophole until you get lucky with an employee who is somehow connected to the military that'll hear you out.
