The interest is in the 1099-INT section of the consolidated brokerage statement. In TurboTax type 1099-int in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to 1099-int." Select the option to type in the 1099-INT yourself. On the screen where you enter the 1099-INT, check the box that says "My form has info in more than just box 1." That will display a number of boxes, one of which is Box 3, where you can enter the amount.
