TurboTax software Mac for Windows

In 2022 I purchased TurboTax home and office software ONLINE (not CD) and selected the Mac OS license version. My Macs died and have Windows OS machines remaining. Is there a way to swap OR access that same software/license to Windows OS?

There is different software for each tax year. The 2022 software you used cannot be used for a 2023 tax return. To prepare a 2023 return you need a 2023 program---either a 2023 CD/download on a new computer that meets the system requirements, or online TT, the web-based program.

Yes, you can swap your 2022 Mac download for a 2022 Windows download, but you need to contact Support, have them verify your license, and push the download to your account. Follow this link for contact info.

As Xmasbaby points out, this is 2022 software and can't be used to complete your 2023 tax return.
