How do I get my TurboTax affiliate partner discount?

First, Sign in to your Chase Bank account, do NOT sign into TurboTax.com to prepare your return.

To get your partner discount, make sure to prepare your taxes at the special TurboTax site provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company – not at TurboTax.com, which charges the non-affiliate price.

Go to the special website provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company and select the TurboTax link or icon.

This will take you to the special TurboTax-branded affiliate site with the discounted pricing.

Select your product, sign in, and start on your tax return.
When you get to the Review your order screen (in the File section) you'll see the discounted price along with the message Your discount has been applied.

Please note that our agents are unable to apply or issue refunds for affiliate discounts if the return was prepared at the regular TurboTax.com site.

I'd just like to point out that I followed these instructions and completed my return with the link provided by Chase, yet because I completed my return with Turbo Tax last year (though that return was free) I did not receive the discounted code. Which then makes it seem that this offer only works for NEW USERS of Turbo Tax and not "Chase Customers" and should therefore be specified in the details of this offer. Very sad.

I have 3 Chase Accounts. I understand I can file Taxes for free or a discounted rate. Completed Tax return today 03/15/2021. Paid for deluxe plan and E-filed Federal & State returns. Please assist in payment refund of $119.49 or the discount offered @ current time. Thank you. [removed]
