     Offer and Coverage”, there is no filing requirement for this form with the IRS, and no need to enter it into TurboTax - just keep it&amp;nbsp;for your records. &amp;nbsp;However, if you have received a &lt;B&gt;Form 1095-A,&amp;nbsp;Health Insurance Marketplace Statement&lt;/B&gt;, Form 1095-A does&amp;nbsp;needs to be entered
into TurboTax, in the Health
Insurance section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Form 1099-G is usually received for either having an overpayment of state and/or local taxes from prior year refunded to you in 2016, or for unemployment compensation paid to you.or paid family leave.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you received&lt;B&gt; Form 1099-G&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;for &lt;B&gt;state/local tax refunds&lt;/B&gt;,&amp;nbsp;please see

into TurboTax - generally you will find the information you need to enter into
your return about your IRA contributions on Form 1099-R. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

  &lt;SPAN&gt;There
is&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;no filing requirement&amp;nbsp;for
Form 5498 &lt;/B&gt;- just retain it for your records.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
