Populating Form 1116

On Form 1116, when running Error Check it's flagging me to enter data in Column A when TT populated them on Column B (not sure how this came about). How should this be rectified?

I also tried to manually entered onto Column A then TT won't let me remove data from Column B! Any idea? SME's? Thank you.
