Cannot attach form 8990

TurboTax did not generate form 8990 for pass-through of excess business interest expense to partners in a publicly traded partnership. I have a sizable deduction this year. Therefore, it appears my only option is to manually complete the form, and then somehow figure out how to override TurboTax to include the deduction on schedule E, and then file the entire return manually. Egad! Any other options?

No version of Turbotax currently includes form 8990. PDFs can not be attached to e-file returns.

i would suggest using another K-1 and for ein use the PTPs. for the name use something like allowable ebie see 8990 attached. also I would think this would be a loss for QBI purposes.
