TurboTax live premium Problem

I have a problem with my TurboTax Live premium.

Yesterday I paid 178$ for TurboTax premium. I filled all form myself.

And today I upgraded to TurboTax live premium. I just wanted to ask a few questions in the chat and make sure I filled everything out correctly. but in return I received an hour-long lecture from a specialist and a feeling of wasted time. I asked for help to reduce the amount of my final tax refund, but the specialist was unable to do this.

So the problem that now when I tried to file my taxes at the final steps I received an order summary. It’s 273$ for live premium. I don't want to pay this. I want it back to TurboTax premium.

My order number is TTWCB299154862
Please someone from management with TurboTax contact me to sort out this issue with me as I feel cheated on by I company that I had trusted over the years. Thanks!
