    <description>&lt;P&gt;Year after year, downloads from Computershare do not work.&amp;nbsp; TT please fix this.&amp;nbsp; My Computershare accounts are in the name of my family trust.&amp;nbsp; Is that a problem?&amp;nbsp; It shouldn't be.&amp;nbsp; I have entered all of the many fields correctly, but one of them asks for Last Name.&amp;nbsp; I have tried entering my last name (I'm the Trustee) and the full name of the trust.&amp;nbsp; What is the problem???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you downloading as a PDF and then trying to import that - that doesn't work! does the trust have an EIN and are you trying to import to a 1040.&amp;nbsp; An EIN for the trust prevents import into the 1040&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if import is going to work there should be a link on the file tab that says "import" select that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then select "from financial institution"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;type computershare in search box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;click on continue link&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;however, it provides for importing into an individual return not a 1041 and you can't use an EIN only an SSN that's linked to the account. This IS NOT a Turbotax issue but a limitation imposed by Computershare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
