Form 1116 Schedule B

I am unable to download (or even see in Forms) Form 1116, Schedule B needed to file electronically. When I click the download button if says "Generating Document" but nothing comes up. In the lower left hand screen it says Hide Relevant Form. When I click on this it only shows me Form 8453 FE Declaration Form a previous form I downloaded and signed. I am using Turbo Tax Business.

Yes, I am still having problem with the desktop, but I found a solution. I downloaded Form 1116, Schedule B on the internet, filled it out manually and them saved it as an attachment in Turbo Tax. Note: I also called and talked to a TT Expert who also could not figure out why Schedule B was not downloading oir appearing in TT. Tom
