When I go to the W2 section of Turbotax Premier 2023, I end up with a blank screen. How do I actually enter my information?

Your look g for the Federal Section and then Wages and Income.cluck there and the W2 will be your first choice. You can add additional W2’s by clicking on the button below the entries that says “Add W2”.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions for Windows, try this procedure -

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists.
