      <description>&lt;P&gt;You'd need to indicate whether you are using a MAC or Windows computer, before someone could hazard a guess.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Fixes are entirely OS dependent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_____________________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you are installing on your computer's main system disk...do not install on a cloud drive, or a usb-connected off-computer drive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got around this problem by installing Turbotax as administrator, into a directory other than the default of "C:\Program Files". I suspect pretty much any other directory will be sufficient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
