    <description>&lt;P&gt;The distributions of my PFIC show up on my 1099 form.&amp;nbsp; The PFIC also issues an Annual Information Statement that I am suppose to use to calculate my share of the PFIC's income.&amp;nbsp; Reporting both numbers would be double counting the income.&amp;nbsp; Am I suppose to use what is on my 1099 or do I report the income number I calculate using the Annual Information Statement?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
