The system is no longer user friendly. Turbotax shouldn't bother.

The new front-end "looks" nice, but is horrible for people wanting to add multiple items, on a single date, to a single charity (Money and Mileage should be OK though)

For the entry of multiple "items" ( tools, clothes, kitchen stuff, etc), Don't bother with the new ItsDeductible until it's fixed... could be weeks or months until it's fixed ......

Instead, now you can get to the old CLASSIC version in a somewhat different, but convoluted way:

***Make sure you are signed out of the new ItsDeductible first***

If you would like to access the classic version of ItsDeductible, please follow these steps:

• Click this link: https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/Logout.htm

• The page will show that you are logged out. At the top of the page is a small sign-in button (see image).

• Click sign-in and use your ItsDeductible login credentials to get access to the classic version of your account.
