      <description>&lt;P&gt;Likely, yes, but it depends on the state. &amp;nbsp;NC does include Charter Schools in the NC 457 plan. &amp;nbsp;Here is the &lt;A href="https://www.nctreasurer.com/media/4085/download?attachment" target="_blank"&gt;NC reference&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp; Ask your plan administrator if the your 457 is a governmental plan. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
