Are trying to change how you receive your refund, how you pay your TurboTax fees, or how you pay your taxes?

I would like to change my payment method for my taxes. Is this possible.

You should be able to change your payment method for your taxes.

If you set up a direct debit payment in TurboTax, you can cancel it by calling IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537. Cancellation requests must be made no later than 11:59 p.m. ET two business days prior to the scheduled payment date.

Once your payment is cancelled, you will need to set up your payment directly with the IRS. Please see How can I pay my federal taxes?

For a state payment, you can most likely make it through your state's tax website, see How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?

If you filed your tax return and have federal taxes owed and were paying with direct debit from your bank account and now want to change the date of payment, you will have to cancel the payment.

Go to this IRS website for how to cancel a federal tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-electronic-funds-withdrawal

Once your return is accepted, information pertaining to your payment, such as account information, payment date, or amount, cannot be changed. If changes are needed, the only option is to cancel the payment and choose another payment method.
Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 888-353-4537 to inquire about or cancel your payment, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling.

Hi I tried to file my e file return using my debit card but when I clicked that option, TurboTax charged me the 190 dollars option for the professional expert and that not what I clicked my card was charged how do I get a refund for it

You say you have not filed. Did you already pay?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
