    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I order a TT desktop (Windows) version, when I install it, but it can't activate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called customer services, they use a remote screen monitor software to help me, but we are still not resolve issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We spends whole day, just circle in uninstall, download, install, activate failed, try again, but we are got nothing in final.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question, how can we resolve the activate issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;btw: masked login account is purchase order account, and download link from order confirm email (navigation to Turbotax website)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="TMPX.png" style="width: 368px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/41525i53DC1EA24B02BD37/image-dimensions/368x274?v=v2" width="368" height="274" role="button" title="TMPX.png" alt="TMPX.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit01: the issue resolved by customer services now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
