Box 15b on W-2

On my W-2, box 15a says "GA", but box 15b is empty. Boxes 16 and 17 have dollar amounts in them. Boxes 18-20 are empty.

What do I do to fix this? I tried contacting the employer to ask about their state ID number, but I have not gotten a reply.

The employer is technically from Tennessee, and their address on the W-2 says Tennessee as well, but I worked through one of their separate branches here in Georgia.

Try using their Federal Identification Number (sometimes it's listed as payer's ID above their name on the W-2)
