How do I clear and start over?

I am trying to clear and start over. It keeps saying click the "tax tools" button in the left menu. I don't see a left menu nor a tax tools button? Help pls!

You have to be inside your return interview in order to have a full left-column menu. Either your return is not open, or you're in the wrong account.

So log in and then open your return interview by choosing to continue your return. Then you'll see a full left column menu. Or did you already try to file, so your return interview is closed, and you don't know how to open it back up?
