    <description>&lt;P&gt;For me, none of the solutions given above worked in March of 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But here's what did work:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. When re-filing, there's a question that asks whether you have access to the prior year's 1040 forms.&amp;nbsp; Choose "No" or "I do not have last year's 1040" or whatever option is closest to that.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; When you do so, you'll have the option of using another method of verification, one of which is to enter the prior year's PIN.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; You'll be asked to enter those PINs for yourself and your spouse.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After six attempts at using the various suggestions above and getting six rejections, this method of avoiding the use of the AGI worked for me.&amp;nbsp; May it help someone out there.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
