      <description>&lt;P&gt;This was resolved on the 15th.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try closing TurboTax, clear your &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt; if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. &amp;nbsp;You can also try a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure you have ran all updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
