I have entered the proper school district code for Adams County Wisconsin of 0014, township of Adams. It will not let me continue and saying I have the wrong school district code. I know I have the right one. How do I continue?

I just went through and entered Adams county, school district 0014, Adams Town and sailed through review with no errors. Obviously, I can't try to efile a fake return. Are you getting stopped in the efile section or the review section?

We can try troubleshooting. Follow these steps:

Desktop version:

Delete the code, select back, delete the county
Save your return while closing the program.
Update the program
Open
Enter the information again.

Online version:

Delete the school district code, select back, delete the county
Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
- Don't use Internet Explorer.
- Clear cache and cookies,

- Sign in using a different device.
Log back into your return.
- Enter the information again.
