Unfortunately, no. If you have purchased the online version, you will not be able to use your Turbo Tax to create 3 returns. You will have to start a new account with a new unique user ID for another tax return. The online editions are only good for completing one tax return per account and user ID. See the FAQ below to create a new account to prepare the other 3 returns:
