The last time anything was posted in the user forum under your username eas21 was in 2019--so not sure why you are asking why you cannot get help. You have not posted in this forum for years until today. You can post clear and complete questions here for help from the community, or you can try contacting customer support if you are using a paid version of the software.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
