TurboTax Support is closed right now. You appear to be using Live Deluxe. That Live feature is available during business hours. Support is open 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days.

Don't try to schedule your appointment until they open for the day, or it might give you a distant appointment, or it may refer you here. You'll get a better time if you wait until they are open to make the request.
