Did all the updates and closing the program, clear your &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt;, and return to the 1099-R entry area and stepping through the interview again...does not work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp; Should be an update and a fix for this.&amp;nbsp; What is the latest time frame for this?&amp;nbsp; Do I need to switch to H&amp;amp;R Block?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're using TurboTax Online, I would suggest &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-forms/view-delete-forms-turbotax-online/L7SZhwCHv_US_en_US?uid=lsz109t2" target="_blank"&gt;deleting the Form 1099-R and Form 8915&lt;/A&gt; from your return, closing the program, clear your &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt;, and return to the 1099-R entry area and stepping through the interview again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try a a different browser, and be sure not to have any other programs running in the background (email or pop-up blockers).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using TurboTax Desktop, you can delete the forms in FORMS mode and return to the interview.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Please check back after 3/15/2024, update your software if you are in the desktop version of the software, and try to proceed with your return.&amp;nbsp; (If you are online, the software will already have all updates loaded.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
