Hi,

If someone lived in Delaware in 2023 and worked for employer XYZ, quits their job in Delaware on May 30, 2023, then moves to Texas in June, she then begins working for the same employer in July via remote work from Texas. Should all her 2023 income be considered earned in Delaware or just the income earned January through May 30, 2023? Thank you.

It sounds like the Delaware state income tax rate of 6.6% should be applied to all her income for 2023. Thanks
