 &lt;LI&gt;Go to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Federal &lt;/STRONG&gt;section, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Deductions &amp;amp; Credits&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Estimates and Other Taxes Paid&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Start &lt;/STRONG&gt;or &lt;STRONG&gt;Revisit &lt;/STRONG&gt;next to&lt;STRONG&gt; Income Taxes Paid&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Start&lt;/STRONG&gt; next to &lt;STRONG&gt;Estimated Tax Payments&lt;/STRONG&gt; and choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Income Taxes Paid&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Choose the drop down arrow next to &lt;STRONG&gt;2022 Refund Applied to 2023&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Choose &lt;STRONG&gt;2022 refund applied to 2023 state taxes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Choose your state from the drop down menu, enter the amount, and then click&lt;STRONG&gt; Done&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason, can not find a place to input the 2022 state refund which I applied on 2023 estimated tax. Since I did not itemised on the federal return 2022 so I did not input state refund info on my federal 2023. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
