I need to include an election form that is not listed in the turbotax premier software.

Documents cannot be attached to an e-filed tax return. If you need to add a document that is not supported by TurboTax you will have to print and mail the tax return.

If the form is not listed on Form 8453 the whole return goes in by mail.
