Per the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond, moving expenses are not deductible on a federal return except for certain active duty members of the military.

There are several states that allow a deduction for moving expenses on the state return: AZ, AR, CA, HI, IA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, PA and VA You can enter your moving expenses in the federal software and the information will flow to your state return.

You can deduct moving expenses for your business. But only for your business. Personal moving expenses are not deductible.

This may be very tricky for you since you have already made the move. You will have to figure out what percentage - if any - of your moving expenses are related to moving your business across country and what percentage was personal. The business percentage is deductible as a business expense and needs to be well documented in case there are any questions later.
