    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 1099Misc for paid family leave and Turbo tax desktop is putting it in as a business.&amp;nbsp; I've tried deleting it and reentering it but I get the same results.&amp;nbsp; I've seen in responses for prior years that a question is asked if there is an intent to earn money and to answer NO but that question doesn't come up.&amp;nbsp; Any help will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
