      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I enter "Where is this distribution from?" &amp;nbsp;None of the NYS choices match. &amp;nbsp;Its an IRA from employee/employer contributions. &amp;nbsp;I need to get this correct so I can get the $20000 exclusion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
