      <title>Problem filing after a rejection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My state return was rejected due to a drivers license problem. &amp;nbsp;( my license number was changed when I got a Real ID but the state must still have my old number on file.). When I tired to refile with another method of ID, the program would only present the drivers license option. &amp;nbsp;No point in going that route again. &amp;nbsp;However, I was also told by a TT agent that I would have to pay again to refile….another $25! &amp;nbsp;Is that incorrect? &amp;nbsp;If so, is there a way to get the original methods to show up so I can select providing my state PIN number or last year’s AGI. &amp;nbsp;I feel Turbo Tax is just trying to get more money, not help you to file. &amp;nbsp;How can they charge money for a return that never got filed due to the rejection. &amp;nbsp;Filing by mail is a big pain and means more cost due to registered mailing fees, and as it stands, even if it’s free, I can’t E-file because the license number would be rejected again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thank &amp;nbsp;you! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to refile because Turbo Tax doesn't give me a different option to verify my identity.&amp;nbsp; The state has an incorrect drivers license number for me, and the software no longer offers to give me a different option.&amp;nbsp; I was specifically told by an agent (on the phone) that I would have to pay again.&amp;nbsp; I also tried to file for a refund of my purchase but the form doesn't have a submit button so after entering my information, II coudn't submit it.&amp;nbsp; And I am very close to the 60 day limit.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
