&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since the trust appears to be a grantor trust with its only asset being your primary residence (i.e., no income is being generated by the trust), then you most likely do not need to file a return for the trust.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Regardless, if you actually needed to file, you could use one of the optional filing methods outlined in the link below.&lt;/P&gt;
