      <description>&lt;P&gt;On your tax return you use the name that is on your current Social Security card.&amp;nbsp; The name on the tax return and the name on the Form 1099-B do not have to match.&amp;nbsp; Only the Social Security number must be the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
