I indicated that I wanted the full service with someone from TurboTax preparing my returns. Someone named Joseph was assigned to my account but I missed his call by a few seconds. I put a message in the chat asking him to call me again. I got a message on the screen in my account that he would get back to me with my completed returns within 48 hours. 48 hours later and Joseph has high-tailed it out of here. I spent over half an hour on the phone with someone else who could not find anything about my returns being done. So now I have to start all over again (NOT).
