    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've used Turbotax for 5 years on this same computer. I bought the 2023 CD but it wouldn't install. Error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"The file ‘lmx.deliaf_hcnual_idu_petsysae_lacol_tib46_rgnerepw’ cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file ‘Data1.cab’. This could indicate a network error, or an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I downloaded it from the site, but it wouldn't appear. Tried several times, called support and talked for 90 minutes - no success.&amp;nbsp; So I deleted all four copies of the download to start over. Now when I enter the license code, it says: "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"This&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;license code has already been associated&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;with an&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;account&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Please check&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;that&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;account&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;look&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;for it in&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Downloads&lt;/EM&gt;." But there are no downloads. What should I do now?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
