I purchased your 2014 turbo tax from Amazon.com I tried to download it on my computer and can't. I keep getting a request to repurchase it. Why? I have already purchased it. What's the problem?

@guin27- 2014 is no longer supported. Only 2015-2018 is still supported.

Even if you can purchase it from a 3rd party there is no guarantee that updates or states are available and without updates the software out of the box is useless.

If purchased from Amazon then complain to them. As far as I know there is no 2014 TurboTax software available from any authorized Amazon reseller. There are many bootleg dealers that advertise on Amazon that are not authorized resellers.
